With this creation, we leave the beaten paths of mustard production. Attempts to combine mustard with fruits are well known.

Ingredients

With black mustard seeds from Apulia, prunes and fine red wine (Zweigelt), red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, wild honey, raw cane sugar and a finely tuned spice mixture we have succeeded in creating a very special mustard. It goes well with hard and soft cheese, with smoked fish and pates.

Prunes (20 %), red wine, red wine vinegar, brown mustard seeds from Puglia, honey, cane sugar, orange peel, spices, salt
